We are currently seeking a dedicated Ordinary Seaman to join the crew of our bulk vessel operations. As an Ordinary Seaman, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the vessel, including cargo handling, deck maintenance, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the ship. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into the maritime industry while contributing to the smooth operation of our fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily deck duties including cargo handling, mooring, and unmooring operations
• Maintain and inspect the vessel's deck equipment and machinery
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of the ship's operations
• Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo using cranes, winches, and other equipment
• Monitor and report on the vessel's performance and condition
• Participate in emergency response drills and procedures
• Assist in the maintenance of the vessel's navigation and communication systems
• Contribute to the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the vessel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ordinary Seaman or similar role
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent
• Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
• Familiarity with cargo handling equipment and procedures
• Basic knowledge of English for communication and documentation
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be away from home for extended periods
