📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.,Proven experience in manufacturing and logistics operations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
