📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of inpatient services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards, including accreditation and certification.
• Monitor and analyze patient care metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
• Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in patient care and clinical processes.
• Represent the Inpatient Department at interdepartmental meetings and committees, promoting collaboration and alignment with hospital-wide goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on inpatient services.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong clinical background and knowledge of evidence-based practice in inpatient care.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
