📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow key strategic accounts in the textile and fashion industry.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including apparel manufacturers, fashion brands, and retail partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the DTF printing industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Epson's DTF products and solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase Epson's capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in DTF printing technology and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile or digital printing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the textile and fashion industry, including market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as Salesforce, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in sales management or a similar relevant field is a plus.
