📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.
Certification in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with the financial services industry and BRI Finance's products and services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
