You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and bars, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and bars.
• Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B outlets and attract customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the F&B Manager.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local food and beverage regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
