📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages.,Maintain and update payroll records and databases.,Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing.,Participate in payroll audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing.,Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
