📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and maintain the reservation system to ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality and tourism sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or reservation management in the hospitality and tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the hospitality and tourism sector.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using reservation and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
