🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
