📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and guests with a smile, providing excellent customer service.,Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setup and teardown.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and waiting area.,Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.,Monitor and manage the reception area's inventory, including supplies and office equipment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
