📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quantity surveys for construction projects to ensure accurate cost estimates and budget control.,Preparing reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.,Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.,Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.,Providing advice and recommendations on cost-saving measures and risk management.,Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.,Maintaining accurate records and reports for internal and external audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying in construction projects.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction cost management software is a plus.
