📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
