📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and quality of training content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating e-learning or blended learning programs is a plus.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools and techniques.
