📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing supply chain processes.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
