📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Perform and supervise a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians and new hires.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and research initiatives.,Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in analytical techniques.,Proven experience in leading and managing laboratory teams.,Certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols are a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
