📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Conduct financial audits and reviews as needed.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
