Resto Gilang Kebab is looking for a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.,Manage reservations and bookings for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with cash handling and transaction processing.,Provide information about the restaurant's menu, services, and special events.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain security and safety measures at the front desk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with customer service software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy environment.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
