Toko Maya Shop is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational goals and maintaining a high level of service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers and ensuring timely completion of work.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle usage, ensuring optimal allocation to meet business needs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance, and prepare reports as required.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.,Provide support and training to drivers and other staff on vehicle usage, safety, and maintenance.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
