Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is beneficial.
