📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the head nurse in managing the nursing team and daily operations,Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments,Documenting patient records and maintaining accurate medical charts,Collaborating with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care,Conducting patient education and providing support to patients and their families,Participating in continuous education and professional development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid nursing license and certification,Experience in a similar role is a plus
