📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior audit staff.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
