📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle any employee-related issues or concerns, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
