📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Use Salesforce to manage and track client interactions and ensure all queries are resolved efficiently.
Assist clients with loan applications, account management, and other financial services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our internal database.
Work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure seamless client experiences.
Stay updated with the latest financial products and services offered by BFI Finance.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Promote our financial products and services to potential clients through various communication channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Proven ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Professional and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is essential.
