Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are executed according to plan and that our sales targets are met.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback as needed.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.,Collaborate with other branch managers and the corporate office to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve branch performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or service-oriented industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.🛠️ Keahlian
