📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer accounts and track payments using our in-house accounting software, SAP.
• Resolve payment discrepancies by verifying customer information and communicating with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on collections using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
