📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and in-store customer experience.
- Collaborate with in-store teams to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met across all locations.
- Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit visual merchandising concepts.
- Conduct regular store audits to identify opportunities for improvement in visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust visual merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Provide training and guidance to in-store staff on visual merchandising techniques.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure cohesive brand presentation across all stores.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a similar role in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing visual merchandising strategies.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Visual Merchandising (VMI) is a plus.
