PT Anugerah Property is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food and service quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high standards of food and service quality by implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Promote the restaurant's brand and menu items to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficiency in using computer software for restaurant management and accounting.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, and English language is a plus.
