📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide operational support to the management team.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
