📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Ensure the banquet area is set up according to the event theme and requirements.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information and ensuring their comfort.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure food and beverages are served promptly and in the correct quantities.,Clean and prepare the banquet area for the next event after the conclusion of the current one.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet staff role is a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English proficiency is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and environments.
