📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Apply and maintain aircraft finishes using high-quality paints and materials, ensuring adherence to strict specifications and standards.
• Perform surface preparation, including cleaning, degreasing, and sanding, to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Inspect and test painted surfaces for defects, using tools such as ultrasonic testers and magnetic particle inspection equipment.
• Follow and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet scheduled deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance painting processes and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in aircraft painting and finishing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft painting or related industrial painting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality paint finishes and meeting strict quality standards.
• Familiarity with aircraft painting specifications, including AMS (Aerospace Material Specifications) and other relevant standards.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and materials.
• Experience with ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• Valid certification in aircraft painting or a related field.
