📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
