📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes to high standards.,Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly prepared.,Work closely with the head chef to maintain consistent quality and presentation.,Manage a team of sushi chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist with special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the sushi industry.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sushi techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to travel and work in a remote location.
