📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
