We are looking for a dedicated Japanese Speaker Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in Japanese and has a passion for the food manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team in their Japanese market efforts and ensuring smooth communication with our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials in Japanese.,Coordinate with clients and stakeholders in Japanese, ensuring clear and effective communication.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.,Support the sales team in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals, providing necessary Japanese language support.,Monitor market trends and provide insights to the sales team to improve their strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Japanese both spoken and written.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
