📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, including implementing and enforcing security policies
• Provide training and support to employees on new IT systems and software
• Work with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT system support or a related role
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, system administration, and network administration
• Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow is a plus
