We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee end-to-end event execution, from planning and coordination to post-event evaluation. This role is based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat, and offers a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 per month.

As an Event Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of event coordinators and vendors to ensure seamless event execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a successful event. Your daily tasks will include budget management, vendor coordination, and ensuring that all event logistics run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, from initial concept to post-event evaluation
• Manage and coordinate a team of event coordinators and vendors
• Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the event lifecycle
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a successful event
• Ensure all event logistics, including venue, catering, and entertainment, are arranged and executed flawlessly
• Monitor and report on event performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
