📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their needs and concerns.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock.,Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their requirements and provide excellent service.,Prepare and submit reports on distribution activities, including sales performance and customer feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Good understanding of distribution management principles and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.
