Bright Smart Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or related fields and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
